As soon as you know your move-in or closing date, reach out. We often have same-week availability, but the first of the month and the summer moving season in Dallas book quickly. A week's notice is ideal.
We can work around some items, but the emptier the space, the more thorough we can be. If the previous tenant or seller left furniture or boxes behind, let us know and we can still help.
Some move-in situations are worse than others. If the previous occupant left significant mess, we may need to adjust scope and price. Send us photos if you're concerned.
